The call itself typically takes 4-5 hours however the whole process is broken down into sections.

What are the key areas covered in the 1:1 Audit?
Initially our discussion will be focussed on setting some key markers such as defining your current position and the vision and mission for your company. From here we assess all aspects of your operations against these markers using our framework Align, Optimise, Refine.
